Job summary

Help At Home, LLC is seeking a Field Coordinator to conduct client home visits, answer calls, greet guests, and manage visit documentation while supporting the Branch Manager with admin duties.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal and computer skills, with travel daily or weekly to client homes across the Chicago area. A valid vehicle and insurance are needed, with weekly pay at $19/hr.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) to two (2) years of customer service experience required.
• Access to an insured and reliable vehicle.
• Active and current auto insurance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.

Travel Requirements:

• Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather
