Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers is seeking a Cleaning Technician to perform thorough power washing and cleaning of cooling towers and water storage tanks. The role requires attention to detail, safety adherence, and the ability to work independently or in a team as needed.

Travel to customer sites across the Northeast is required, including overnight opportunities. The position starts at $18–24 per hour, with overtime and potential bonuses based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Power washing or industrial cleaning experience required.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Able to follow safety procedures and complete daily paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of cooling towers and water storage tanks.
• Operate power washers safely, selecting appropriate spray heads and pressures.
• Follow supervisor instructions to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Complete required safety documentation, including Job Hazard Analyses and daily paperwork.
• Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company at client sites.
