OBR Cooling Towers is seeking a Cooling Tower Cleaning Technician to perform thorough power washing of cooling towers and water storage tanks, ensuring safe, compliant operation across the Northeast.

This role requires travel to client sites, adherence to safety procedures, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team in fast-paced environments; flexible start times and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience power washing or industrial cleaning.
• Experience working at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of cooling towers and water storage tanks using power washing equipment and approved cleaning methods.
• Operate power washers safely, selecting appropriate spray heads and pressures for each task.
• Assist with pre- and post-cleaning activities, including system preparation and clean-up.
• Accurately follow instructions from supervisors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Complete required safety documentation, including Job Hazard Analyses and daily paperwork.
