Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, construction, contractor oversight, reliability, or field execution.
• Knowledge of EHS requirements, safe work practices, permits, and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor field execution, readiness, onboarding, and safety compliance.
• Review contractor safety and enforce site EHS requirements.
• Audit contractor work for quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Support contractor cost management, scopes, and productivity with maintenance teams.
• Lead investigations and report contractor-related incidents and near misses.
