Job summary

M5Services LLC in Pleasanton is seeking a hands-on field and content specialist to join our commercial building teams. You will work with maintenance and construction crews while documenting work for proof of progress, recruitment, and marketing.

The role blends field tasks—punch lists, site protection, material handling, light maintenance—with photography and short video clips for Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website.

Qualifications

• Hands-on commercial maintenance, construction, porter tech, or field support experience.
• Comfortable on active commercial properties.
• Able to take clear photos and videos and edit simple short-form clips.
• Reliable, organized, and able to switch between on-site work and documentation.
• Valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support fieldwork tasks such as punch-lists, site protection, material handling, light maintenance, and clean-up.
• Capture progress and finished work with photos and videos and perform basic editing for social platforms.
• Assist technicians to keep jobs moving and document work for recruitment and project updates.

Contentworkincludesshootingphotosandshortvideos,capturingprogressandfinishedwork,basiceditingforInstagram,LinkedIn,theM5website,recruiting,andprojectupdates.Goodjudgmentmatters.Weworkincommercialbuildingsaroundclientsandtenants,soprivacy,safety,andprofessionalismcomefirst.
