CIMCO Refrigeration is seeking a Construction Welder to support field operations, coordinating materials, keeping the jobsite organized, and performing daily weld quality checks. The role requires strong welding skills, detail orientation, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

You will engage with safety and quality procedures, assist in material deliveries, and help maintain project documentation while ensuring welds meet quality standards across installed piping.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Education in Welding Technology or a related field.
• Professional designation considered an asset.
• AWS Welding Certification.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Strong understanding of welding safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of material properties and welding metallurgy.
• Familiarity with welding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
