Job summary

SpartanX is seeking a Construction Technician to support our Construction Operations team in field projects. You will perform repairs across drywall, siding, carpentry, concrete, landscaping, painting, trenching, and general property restoration, taking ownership to complete work correctly and efficiently.

You'll also support Service and Inspection teams, document work with photos, and communicate professionally with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated general construction experience and ability to work across trades.
• Experience with drywall, siding, carpentry, painting and concrete work.
• Ability to walk sites, assess needs, and own tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and property restoration on residential properties.
• Diagnose issues and determine repair methods; complete punch-list items.
• Repair damage to exteriors, perform carpentry and finish work.
• Paint interiors/exteriors, match finishes, and prepare surfaces for work.
• Support Service and Inspection teams and document completed work.
• Travel between job sites and maintain professional interaction with homeowners.
