Job summary

SpartanX is seeking a hands-on Construction Technician for field-based work across multiple trades. You will handle repairs, restoration, punch-lists, and quality control to keep projects on track and customer-facing interactions professional.

The role requires working across drywall, siding, carpentry, painting, trenching, and landscaping, while maintaining safety and efficiency. Local travel to sites is expected; own tools are required.

Qualifications

• General construction experience required.
• Experience with drywall, siding, carpentry, painting, and concrete.
• Own and maintain personal tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction repairs at residential properties.
• Diagnose repair needs and determine repair methods.
• Complete punch-list items and property restoration work.
• Repair installation-related property damage.
• Paint interior and exterior; prep surfaces and finishes.
• Match finishes and leave completed repairs clean and professional.
