Job summary

Creative Modular Construction is seeking dependable Field Workers to support commercial and industrial construction projects. You will perform hands-on work across plumbing, electrical, masonry, mechanical systems, and HVAC on active jobsites, with travel as needed.

Work is both on local sites and in the field, with opportunities for overtime and a robust benefits package after 90 days. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adapting to varying jobsite conditions.

Qualifications

• General knowledge or experience in multiple construction trades is preferred.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Capable of operating in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.
• Clear communication and effective teamwork abilities.
• Committed to safety and quality workmanship on site.
• Willingness and ability to travel for work assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on work across plumbing, electrical, masonry, mechanical systems, and HVAC.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other trades.
• Adapt to varying jobsite conditions and project requirements.
• Travel to job sites and remain on location as required.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and personalities on projects.
