Job summary

High Construction is seeking a skilled construction professional to join our team in eastern Pennsylvania. You will read and interpret drawings, perform geometric calculations, and help ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery on active projects.

You will collaborate with foremen and subcontractors, prepare daily field reports, and support project records from initial planning through as-builts. This on-site role requires communication skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Must be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Must have the ability to perform and be proficient in geometrical and mathematical calculations.
Must have knowledge of basic computer systems and software.
Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Must be able to climb, work at various heights and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Engage in construction planning, scheduling, material procurement, quality control, and job site safety.
Prepare daily reports as related to crews, progress and issues.
Assist in the preparation of final records for the project, including as-builts.
Work with foreman to ensure structures are built in conformance with the contract requirements.
Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors.
Represent High Construction in a business-like and professional manner.
