US Tech Solutions seeks an on-site Construction Field Supervisor to represent the company at client sites. You will coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure daily plans are executed according to OSHA, electrical, and company standards, and you will report to the Construction Manager.

The role requires travel across the US for 4-6 month assignments, a 7 a.m.–4 p.m. schedule Monday through Friday with possible weekends, and an engineering or related degree.

Formación

• Experience in construction, especially electrical installations.
• Knowledge of Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Basic computer skills for logs and reports.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Military experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure OSHA, electrical, and construction standards are followed.
• Maintain daily interactions with vendors and contractors to ensure plans are followed.
• Promote on-site safety and protect personnel and equipment.
• Create daily logs and progress photos; report to Construction Manager and Project Manager.
• Oversee installation of electrical components including cable, conduit, splicing, testing, and foundations.
• Travel to US project sites with assignments 4–6 months.
• Meet site work schedules Mon–Fri, 7 AM–4 PM, with occasional weekends.
