Job summary

Amteck is seeking a traveling Electrical Field Supervisor to join our team and drive excellence in project delivery. You will oversee electrical tasks on commercial and industrial sites, coordinating field crews to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, blueprints literacy, and the ability to install and terminate panels, switchboards, and equipment. OSHA10 preferred but not required; travel across assignments is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites.
• Master Electrician License preferred.
• Ability to install conduit, wire, and cable systems as required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to install and terminate panels, switchboards, and other electrical equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on faulty circuits, equipment, or systems.
• OSHA10 preferred but not required.
• Conveyer/press experience preferred but not required.
• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate electrical tasks to ensure the project is completed safely, efficiently, in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, and deliver customer satisfaction.
• Lead field crews, coordinate with project teams, and ensure timely completion of electrical milestones.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards across sites.
