Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction safety procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• 5–10 years of construction experience.
• Able to pass drug test and background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel 80–100%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site activities with Project Manager and customers.
• Supervise Ameritech employees and subcontractors.
• Review projects with customers and store personnel.
• Identify problems outside scope and address with customer.
• Maintain site safety and quality standards.
• Ensure materials are on site on time to meet schedule.
• Schedule crews to meet timelines.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Prepare daily/weekly project reports.
