Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking a CSA Construction Superintendent to oversee field execution across civil, structural, and architectural scopes in New York. You will lead day-to-day subcontractor activities, ensure adherence to designs, codes, and schedules, and drive safety and QA/QC across the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate field construction across civil, structural, and architectural scopes.
• Direct the daily work of multiple subcontractors and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Drive short-interval plans and look-ahead schedules to keep the master schedule on track.
• Monitor field productivity, identify constraints, and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in safety briefings, site meetings, and QA/QC inspections.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and turnover milestones with QA/QC and project teams.
