Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd. in the United States seeks a Site Superintendent 2 to lead on-site field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across assigned projects. You will manage subcontractors, maintain records, and coordinate drawings and design revisions.

Frequent communication with project management and clients is essential. Initial project assignment is in the northeast Ohio area with 100% travel to sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 9 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus 6 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors/construction to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
• Ensures work adheres to project schedule and communicates delays to management.
• Writes Daily/Quality Inspection Reports for record documentation.
• Maintains on-site records and uses latest design revisions for construction.
• Prepares contract extras and progress payments with Client approval.
• Provides professional correspondence with management and clients.
