Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Safety Coordinator / Construction Safety Professional to support active job sites across San Diego County. The role demands a safety-minded professional with strong communication skills, able to work with project teams, clients, and field personnel.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in construction safety, familiarity with OSHA standards, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders on commercial projects.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of construction safety experience in commercial building environments.
• Experience with life sciences, healthcare, or hospital projects a plus.
• OSHA standards knowledge and safety best practices.
• Strong communication with clients, teams and field personnel.
• Willingness to travel throughout San Diego County.

Responsibilities

• Administer safety programs and procedures for projects.
• Serve as safety liaison between teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and observations for compliance.
• Deliver safety trainings and toolbox talks.
• Monitor activities and enforce safety policies.
• Assist with incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Review operations and recommend safety enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Promote a positive safety culture through coaching.
