Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced Construction Management Representative to support the Rehabilitate Old Pinnacles Trailhead Parking Area Shuttle Stop project at Pinnacles National Park, Paicines, California.

You will assist the National Park Service with quality assurance and construction oversight, observe daily construction activities, verify the contractor's Quality Control Plan, conduct construction meetings, review project documentation, and provide technical and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction management or related field.
• Minimum five years of construction management experience.
• Experience with the three phases of onsite quality control.
• Experience with demolition, sitework, drainage, and paving projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document construction meetings.
• Review submittals, RFIs, schedules, payrolls, and payment requests.
• Prepare cost estimates and support modifications negotiations.
• Perform daily construction observation and prepare weekly reports.
• Monitor safety, workmanship, and compliance with contract documents.
• Coordinate testing and inspections; maintain records and deficiency tracking.
• Provide and manage cloud-based project management software for the project.
• Support closeout and delivery of final project records.
