Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Construction Management Representative to support the Rehabilitate Old Pinnacles Trailhead Parking Area Shuttle Stop project at Pinnacles National Park, Paicines, California.

You will assist the National Park Service with quality assurance and construction oversight, observe daily construction activities, verify the construction contractor's Quality Control Plan, conduct construction meetings, review project documentation, and provide technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or CM certification or 5+ years construction management.
• 5+ years onsite quality control across three phases.
• Experience with roadways, sitework, drainage, asphalt, concrete.
• Experience developing and reviewing estimates and schedules.
• Proficiency with MS Project and baseline schedules.
• OSHA 30-hour safety training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document construction meetings.
• Review submittals, RFIs, schedules, payrolls, and payment requests.
• Prepare cost estimates and support construction modification negotiations.
• Perform daily construction observation and prepare reports.
• Monitor safety, workmanship, and compliance with documents.
• Maintain photographic records and deficiency tracking.
• Coordinate asphalt testing, structural tests, and inspections.
• Provide and manage cloud-based project management software.
• Support construction closeout and delivery of final records.
• Assist CORs with QA and oversight.
• Verify QC Plan is functioning properly.
