Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Construction Management Representative to support a National Park project in California. You will assist the National Park Service with quality assurance, oversee daily construction activities, review submittals and RFIs, and help ensure contractor adherence to the Quality Control Plan.
The role requires on-site oversight for about eleven months, with civil and structural scope including sitework, paving, and drainage.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Management Representative (CMR) to support the Rehabilitate Old Pinnacles Trailhead Parking Area Shuttle Stop project at Pinnacles National Park, Paicines, California. You will assist the National Park Service with quality assurance and construction oversight, observe daily construction activities, verify the construction contractor's Quality Control Plan, conduct construction meetings, review project documentation, and provide technical and administrative support to the Contracting Officer's Representative throughout construction.
This position is contingent upon contract award. If awarded,theanticipatedperiodofperformance will be approximately eleven (11) months.
