Job summary

Corrpro Companies seeks a Field Construction Operator to perform field installation and maintenance of cathodic protection systems. You will review job requirements with foremen, ensure readiness of materials and equipment, and travel as needed to job sites. Strong communication with customers and team members is essential.

Must have a valid driver's license, and be eligible for TWIC and DOT Medical Card. Overnight travel ~80% and a competitive hourly rate with overtime are offered, plus full

Qualifications

• 3 years of construction labor and equipment operating experience, such as auger drill, excavator or backhoe, skid steer
• Experience in cathodic protection installations helpful
• Be able to effectively communicate with both customers and fellow employees
• Adjust to work-related demands without becoming frustrated
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and dependability to produce results
• Must be able to travel overnight 80% of the time
• Valid driver license
• Must have or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card and DOT Medical Card

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and install cathodic protection systems
• Review field file with Foreman or Project Manager to understand job requirements for materials and installation
• Ensure materials and equipment are ready before starting work
• Notify Foreman of unanticipated field changes and suggest solutions
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely at all times
• Participate in daily toolbox safety meetings and document equipment safety inspection audits
