Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to influence senior management and manage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance across sites.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align with strategic vision.
• Develop and enforce quality control standards and QA protocols.
• Manage subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and performance.
• Plan preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Mentor field leadership and build a high-performing team.
• Represent company at industry events and client meetings.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Maintain client relationships and secure repeat business.
