Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee field construction processes on multi-family projects. You will coordinate framing, roofing, concrete, and related trades, manage schedules, and ensure quality and performance.

You will conduct inspections, prepare punch lists, schedule material deliveries, and enforce safety policies while collaborating with subcontractors to meet project milestones and client expectations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience preferred.
• Minimum five years of construction experience with at least three years of multi-family construction.
• Familiarity with multifamily construction procedures.
• Good working knowledge of construction scheduling practices.
• PC proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the field construction process.
• Coordinate subcontractor work in framing, roofing, concrete, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Responsible for quality, schedule, and performance for assigned trades/sections of the project
• Conduct inspections, prepare punch lists, and ensure satisfactory completion
• Schedule and inventory deliveries of materials
• Coordinate trash dumpster deliveries and order rented equipment
• Assess construction status to determine order of completion
• Schedule third-party and city inspections
• Maintain and enforce safety policies
• Help prepare as-built information and maintain schedules
