Job summary

AE2S, a leading civil/environmental engineering firm, is seeking a Construction Services Representative to perform construction observation and administer project activities on a regional large-scale pipeline project based in Rapid City, SD or Pierre, SD. You will work with the project team to ensure quality and progress, communicating between Owner and Engineer.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work remotely for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction observation and administration on AE2S projects.
• Ensure effective communication between Owner and Engineer regarding progress and quality.
• Coordinate with Contractors to ensure document requirements, schedules, and obligations are understood.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Maintain files, reports, and records for documentation.
