AE2S in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Senior Construction Services Specialist to serve as the Engineer’s onsite representative, ensuring projects are built to spec, on time, and with quality. You will observe vertical construction, coordinate with owners, engineers, and contractors, and help resolve field issues.

The role emphasizes field problem solving, leadership of observation staff, collaboration across teams, and travel to active project sites regionally.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in mass grading, heavy civil construction, and vertical/facility construction.
• Broad knowledge of engineering principles as they relate to complex projects.
• Strong written and oral communication to interact with contractors, clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite construction observation and documentation for vertical construction.
• Monitor contractor activities to verify compliance with plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary field representative between Owner, Engineer, and Contractor.
• Review progress, RFIs, pay applications, testing results, and project records.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate schedules, materials, and change orders.
