Job summary

MS Technology, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager II to lead field execution across assigned projects in Oak Ridge, TN. You will coordinate with contractors, engineering, and project leadership to ensure safe, efficient work in line with plans, specs, and site safety requirements.

Successful candidates will oversee day-to-day field activities, supervise submittals, and generate daily reports while maintaining high safety standards and strong communication across multiple stakeholders. U.S.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting construction projects in industrial, commercial, government, or DOE environments preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to construction safety and experience with safety programs and procedures.
• Familiarity with drawings, specifications, and submittal processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced field environment.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• DOE Q clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day to day field oversight.
• First line contact for contractor on daily issues.
• Collaborate with Safety to ensure safe practices on jobsite.
• Ensures communication between site and contractors.
• Monitor daily progress, plans & specs adherence.
• Monitors quality control.
• Monitors schedule and reports any issues.
• Generated daily reports and documentation, photos.
• Handles site logistics.
• Coordinates submittals and approvals with engineering.
• Coordinates site access and contractor site support needed.
• Acts as construction STR for contacts.
• Works with Construction Managers to ensure successful projects.
• Support overall construction needs.
• Required to work off shifts to support construction.
