Bryant Associates is seeking a Project Surveyor (II) in Lincoln, RI to lead survey projects for clients. The role includes coordinating field and office work, supervising crews, and ensuring QA/QC for timely, accurate results.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of survey experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and surveying equipment. Travel to local sites is involved and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior survey experience on transportation, civil/site, environmental, utility, and structural projects.
• Ability to research and compile record information such as maps, descriptions, and utility data.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; dependable and able to supervise.

Responsabilités

• Act as project manager for budgets, scheduling, and coordination of field and office activities.
• Provide guidance to survey crews and junior staff to complete daily survey tasks.
• Support surveying for boundary, topographic, and construction staking projects.
• Prepare instructions and review field notes for clarity and completeness.
• Help grow departmental revenue by maintaining client relationships and pursuing proposals.
• Assist engineer in outlining objectives and design approaches.
• Coordinate with other offices as needed
• Manage multiple projects and teams
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders and clients
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Continually advance knowledge with technology upgrades
