Job summary

Bryant Associates in Lincoln, RI seeks a Survey Manager to lead the surveying department and coordinate field and office teams on civil/site projects. You will manage budgets, QA/QC, safety and client communications while guiding project proposals and interviews.

The role requires RI PLS licensure, 10+ years of PLS experience and strong supervisory skills within a multidisciplinary firm.

Qualifications

• Licensed PLS in RI is required; CT/MA licenses are a plus.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and leadership abilities.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily surveying department operations across field and office.
• Lead client contact, budgets, proposals, and schedule management.
• Mentor staff and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and review surveys, maps, and stakeout for projects.
