Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Rhode Island required.
• PLS in Connecticut and Massachusetts is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years as a PLS.
• 15+ years of related experience required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the surveying department (field and office personnel).
• Act as project manager with client contact, budgets, and scheduling.
• Provide guidance to Survey Crew Chiefs and Project Surveyors.
• Support surveying and mapping for boundary, topographic, and staking projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and proposals.
