Job summary

W3Global is seeking a field-based Project Manager to own cabinet and countertop installations for multi-family new-construction in the Southeast. You will run 6–8 projects concurrently from first field measure to final punch, traveling to sites while handling desk work from home and occasional Atlanta meetings.

You will read blueprints, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with general contractors to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen cabinets or similar construction trade.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the Southeast US.
• Leadership to manage subs and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Run projects end to end from inception through delivery and installation; be the single point of accountability for on-time kitchens.
• Field measure; verify site dimensions before anything ships and catch problems early.
• QC drawings; review and quality-check submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate trades; work with general contractors, superintendents and other trades onsite.
• Manage subcontractors; own cabinet and installation subcontracts, scopes, schedules, and change orders.
• Keep material moving; schedule and track deliveries from Eatonton plant to avoid site delays.
• Handle paperwork; write RFIs and change orders and process customer billings accurately.
• Communicate like a pro; keep customers, plant, vendors, and subs informed.
