Reeves Young is seeking a field Superintendent to manage on-site activities across all construction phases at our Greenville project. You’ll supervise field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating inspections and reporting progress with detailed field records.

You will read and interpret project documents, manage scheduling and cost control, and uphold the Reeves Young brand through strong leadership.

• Supervise field employees, subcontractors and vendors to maintain safety, quality and schedule.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings, specifications, RFIs and submittals.
• Understand project scheduling and cost control and anticipate issues.
• Lead crews, foster morale and ensure adherence to safety standards.
