Job summary

Reeves Young is looking for a Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects in the Greenville, SC area. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality while coordinating engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver successful outcomes.

You will drive pre-job planning, safety, and quality programs, mentor team members, and ensure projects meet client expectations and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large construction projects and coordinating subcontractors.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills across multiple teams.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications and building codes to plan and execute projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee time, cost, and quality of large or multiple construction projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan with the team, controlling scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead pre-job meetings to align safety, quality, and sequencing between trades.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and project overhead to maintain profitability.
