Job summary

Reeves Young seeks a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead field crews and coordinate with subcontractors on construction projects in Georgia. You will contribute to schedule advancement, safety integrity, and quality control on site.

Responsibilities include daily reporting, permit management, and ensuring adherence to owner specifications. This role requires physical endurance and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand project documents, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and owner terms.
• Must understand project scheduling and cost control.
• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and identify discrepancies in plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field employees, subcontractors, and vendors to expedite the project schedule.
• Maintain daily progress reporting, including reports, photos, payroll, and time reporting.
• Manage permit and inspection processes to ensure timely inspections and corrections.
• Champion the company brand and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Assemble site safety plans and ensure the team understands and follows them.
• Provide input to the Project Manager on site issues to ensure production.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly safety reporting and enforce training.
