KFI Engineers is seeking a Field Representative to lead field coordination on complex projects from the office during design through on-site execution. You will liaise with the project team, clients, and contractors to resolve issues and keep milestones on track.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of construction and field experience.
• Strong communication and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay on site for weeks.
• Demonstrates maturity, teamwork and self-direction.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Engage in design review, cost estimating, construction planning and scheduling.
• Oversee equipment procurement and on-site documentation.
• Monitor contractor work for quality and compliance with standards.
• Attend construction meetings and represent client and KFI interests.
• Gather field information and identify root causes of issues.
• Inspect equipment and review construction documents as needed.
• Communicate with stakeholders to expedite problem resolution.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
