Job summary

Granite Construction is seeking an on-site supervisor to oversee a project in Guam. The role focuses on supervising structures, concrete and underground work while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to design, budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management or craft supervision, with thorough knowledge of construction methods and strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• 5+ years in construction management and/or craft supervision experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction to meet design, budget and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and manage resources to meet project objectives.
• Supervise craft employees to ensure productivity and contractual performance.
• Interface with on-site teams and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain safety, quality and schedules.
• Assist project team in scheduling and implementing work plans and procedures.
