Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Three to ten years of related construction experience.
• Exposure to layout, QC and like construction skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates field activity to keep the project on schedule.
• Coordinates scheduling with the Project Manager and subcontractors.
• Maintains and updates two-week look ahead and overall project schedule.
• Ensures safety compliance, documents safety meetings and JHA requirements.
• Reviews contract, plans and specs to understand project scope and budget.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management

Three to 10 years of related experience
