Job summary

Exo Group, LLC. seeks a Construction Supervisor to oversee field operations for remediation, repair, and maintenance of utility structures, including lattice towers. You will lead crews, ensure safety, and compliance with engineering specifications and utility standards.

The role requires 5+ years in structural remediation and 2+ years in supervision, with strong knowledge of concrete and steel repair and the ability to read repair drawings. Travel up to 85% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in structural remediation or tower repair.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and repair specifications.
• OSHA safety standards knowledge and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews performing remediation and repair on utility structures.
• Oversee lattice towers, foundation restoration, and concrete remediation.
• Conduct daily JHAs and safety meetings; enforce safety policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and utility clients.
• Track labor hours, equipment utilization, and material quantities.
• Maintain daily reports and production logs.
