Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a field-based Construction Manager in Plano, Texas, to oversee construction activities across ultrapure water, wastewater, and reclamation projects. This role requires driving safe and high-quality execution from project initiation to final handover, acting as the primary on-site interface.

You will lead construction, manage schedules, supervise installation activities, and oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications. The position offers competitive compensation of $105,000-120,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of construction management or site supervision experience.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings.
• Experience with piping systems (PVC, PP, PE, PVDF, SS, CS).

Responsibilities
