Suffolk is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to plan and execute construction programs in our Nevada projects. You will manage documents, layout verification, and field inspections while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 2+ years of relevant construction experience, and strong communication with the ability to mentor field staff and coordinate with subcontractors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in related construction fields.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and distribute construction documents to the project team.
• Manage layout and verify field dimensions for accuracy.
• Verify subcontractor layouts against plans and grade.
• Administer the Quality Management Program and track deficiencies.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Document daily construction activity with reports and photos.
• Create and distribute daily/weekly work plans and schedules.
• Attend meetings with customers and provide project updates.
• Compile permits, testing, and inspections for project completion.
• Assist in administering the Suffolk Safety Program.
• Supervise and mentor Field Engineers on daily tasks.
