Job summary

Permian Resources Corporation is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations across the Permian Basin (Midland, Pecos, or Carlsbad). The role focuses on supervising multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with Facilities and Production Operations to ensure safe, on-time handover of facilities.

The candidate will allocate resources, monitor progress, manage budgets, and enforce safety. Local residency and strong communication skills are required for success in a fast-paced oil

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management in Oil & Gas.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, pipeline, powerline, I&E).
• Local to Midland, Pecos, or Carlsbad area or willing to reside nearby.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to work with cross-functional teams and regulators.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources across concurrent sites to keep crews, equipment, and materials productive and aligned with construction plans.
• Track progress toward project milestones and report status against the established schedule.
• Track field cost estimates and compare spend to budgets, flag variances and risks early.
• Perform QA/QC, manage punch lists, and ensure handover readiness.
• Act as liaison between Facilities and Production Operations to coordinate resolution and smooth handover.
• Enforce safety protocols and lead by example on every site.
• Address issues or conflicts during construction and implement timely solutions.
