Job summary

Continental Resources is seeking a Production Foreman to oversee daily oil, gas, and water production operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance. You will supervise field personnel, coordinate with engineering and operations teams, and drive continuous improvement while managing budgets and identifying cost efficiencies across field activities.

This role requires strong leadership, field experience in oil and gas production, and the ability to implement production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in oil and gas production operations.
• Ability to pass a respiratory fit test, if applicable.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Lease Operators and Production Techs to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor and optimize production variables for wells and facilities.
• Coordinate with field employees, engineers, and teams to address underperforming wells and issues.
• Analyze production reports, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
• Support implementation of new technologies and process improvements.
• Conduct regular safety meetings, training, and field inspections.
• Serve as primary contact for field operations and emergencies.
