Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in site-based supervisory or construction management roles.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schedules.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily construction activities.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget.
• Supervise foremen, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Review method statements, permits, inspection records and quality documents.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
