Shaw Services Company in Jackson, WY seeks a Field Construction Supervisor to oversee a segment of a field project, focusing on planning, scheduling, safety, and quality to complete work on time and within budget.

The role requires coordination with subcontractors and maintaining records, with relocation to the Jackson/Teton region. Procore and MS Project/P6 experience strongly preferred, along with a background in ground-up construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
• Experience in ground-up commercial, multifamily, or high-end residential construction desired.
• Procore and scheduling software (MS Project/Primavera P6) experience highly desired.
• Willingness to relocate to Jackson, WY / Teton County.

Responsibilities

• Refine and implement site planning, logistics, and procedures.
• Execute survey and layout; verify the work of others.
• Monitor CPM progress and coordinate with the overall schedule.
• Enforce the comprehensive safety & security program per company policy.
• Coordinate and schedule the work of subcontractors.
• Maintain on-site copies of record documents (drawings, specs, submittals, As-Builts).
• Assist with submittal review and RFI process with PM/PE and Project Superintendent.
• Support jobsite housekeeping, temporary power/lighting, material storage/handling, and vertical movement.
