Job summary

Shaw Construction in Jackson, Wyoming seeks a field supervisor to oversee a segment of a ground-up commercial project. You will manage site planning, execution, scheduling, and safety programs to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Relocation to the Jackson/Teton County area is expected; Procore and MS Project/P6 experience preferred; DOE pay with comprehensive benefits including housing assistance, health plans, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in ground-up commercial, multifamily, and/or high-end projects desired.
• Procore and scheduling software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Refine and implement site planning, logistics, and procedures for execution of the work.
• Oversee survey and layout; verify the work of others.
• Monitor CPM progress and coordinate with the overall schedule.
• Enforce safety programs per company policy and codes.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors' work.
• Maintain project records and QA/QC inspections.
• Support submittals, RFIs, and project closeout activities.
