E-Z Bel Construction, LLC is seeking a Laborer to support field crews on San Antonio, TX job sites. You will perform general labor, assist with site prep, material handling, and traffic control under supervision, helping crews across street, concrete, and civil construction projects.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and the development of foundational construction skills, with opportunities to progress into more specialized field roles.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of construction experience preferred; no prior specialization required.
• Ability to follow directions and learn basic construction tasks in a field environment.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding outdoor work in heat, cold, rain, and other conditions.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and small power tools preferred.
• Strong attendance, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to support the crew.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general labor tasks: digging, spreading, leveling, carrying, staging, and moving materials.
• Clean and prepare jobsites, tools, equipment, and work areas for a safe, organized environment.
• Support skilled crew members with concrete, street, traffic signal, bridge, and general civil construction activities.
• Use basic hand tools and small power tools under supervision (shovels, rakes, hammers, etc.).
• Set up cones, barricades, signs, and other traffic control devices as directed.
• Signal or spot equipment operators when assigned and trained.
• Load, unload, carry, stack, and organize materials.
• Assist with basic concrete tasks such as spreading material and removing forms.
• Follow safety expectations and PPE usage; report unsafe conditions.
