The position requires basic construction experience, ability to lift heavy loads (over 50 lbs), and strict adherence to safety practices as outlined in site guidelines. Training and PPE will be provided at onboarding.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ construction experience preferred but not required.

• General construction work and heavy lifting.
• Assist other craft workers or construction managers.
• Remove debris and hazards from the worksite.
• Dig trenches with picks, shovels, or digging equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Practice workplace safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
