Job summary

Haselden's internship program is a full-time, hands-on summer experience on active project teams in Colorado, with real responsibilities and mentorship from project engineers, managers, and superintendents.

You will learn planning, coordination, field execution, and document control, earn $23.00 per hour, and complete a final presentation for Haselden leaders, with opportunities across Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in construction management or civil/architectural engineering.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills throughout project work.
• Willingness to take initiative, learn, and contribute to the team.

Responsibilities

• Support RFIs, submittals, document control, and project coordination.
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners.
• Participate in project meetings and assist with documentation and follow-up.
• Assist with quality control inspections and documentation.
• Participate in jobsite safety activities and learn Haselden's safety expectations.
• Assist with scheduling, field coordination, manpower tracking, and other project controls.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Work alongside Project Engineers, Project Managers, Superintendents, and other leaders.
• Spend meaningful time in the field learning planning, coordination, and installation.
