Consigli Construction seeks a Project Management Intern to support Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on construction projects in Portland, Maine. This in-person role offers hands-on experience with project documentation, scheduling, and field support in a dynamic construction environment.

The internship requires pursuing a Bachelor's degree, interest in construction management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in construction management and the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Basic math and accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on assigned projects.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as a team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Process submittals and gather/distribute information; maintain high-quality project documentation and ensure processes stay within budget and on schedule.
• Attend project meetings and accurately record meeting minutes.
• Assist with tracking and inspecting material deliveries.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the project team.
