Neumayer Equipment in the United States is seeking a hands-on Construction Installer to join our field operations. The role travels to active job sites, operates tools, and supports other trades to ensure quality and safety.

You will prepare work areas, install products per specifications, inspect installations, and maintain records of materials and time spent. Ideal candidates have construction experience, a valid driver’s license, can lift 50+ lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather;

Qualifications

• Must travel up to 75% on job sites.
• Experience in construction or related field.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and team members.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of products and systems according to specifications.
• Inspect installations to verify quality and safety compliance.
• Perform physical labor on construction sites including demolition and material handling.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues during installation.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used and time spent.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies on the job site.
