Neumayer-Equipment is seeking an experienced Construction Installer to join our field team. The role involves performing installations, inspecting for quality and safety, and supporting trades on active job sites.

You will handle physical labor, operate tools, and collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot issues while maintaining thorough records and ensuring customer satisfaction on every project.

Qualifications

• Travel up to 75% on job sites.
• Previous construction experience or related field.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with clients and team.
• High attention to safety and quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on each project.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of products and systems according to specifications.
• Inspect completed installations for quality and safety compliance.
• Conduct physical labor on construction sites (demolition, excavation, material handling).
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot installation issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
