Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect construction projects from start to finish with thorough daily progress documentation.
• Read and interpret plans, details, specifications, and contract documents; report deviations.
• Oversee laboratory and field testing of soils, aggregates, asphalt, and other materials.
• Maintain clear written and oral communication and provide timely responses to inquiries.
• Attend meetings to gain project insight prior to construction and during progress updates.
• Measure distances and document work completed with accurate calculations.
